General shipping policies

Rosalee Beauty ships to all USPS domestic addresses and will offer international deliveries shortly. USPS domestic addresses include Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Guam, USVI, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Rosalee Beauty shipping is PO Box friendly as well.

Rosalee Beauty’s base shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail is available for small packages. The shipping charge varies based on location and weight. Generally, orders on or before 12PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. Afternoon, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day. Shipping preparation may take up to 48 business hours depending on product availability and business seasonality. Shipping confirmation notifications with tracking information will be issued and delivered via email when Rosalee Beauty has shipped the packages.

Order change or cancellation

Rosalee Beauty customers may request to change shipping addresses or shipping methods for orders that have been submitted. However, the request should be made before the packages are processed. Modified orders may experience delays due to the additional administrative tasks. To make changes, please contact Rosalee Beauty at 973-371-2992 during the business hours.

Rosalee Beauty customers may request to cancel submitted orders before the orders are processed. Please contact Rosalee Beauty at 973-371-2992 during the business hours. The full amount will be refunded to the original customer account in 1 to 3 business days. If the cancelation request is made after the order processing, customers can go through the return and refund procedure.

Refused Packages, returns without RMA #, or unavailable due to address

Please do not refuse or return packages to Rosalee Beauty without following the RMA process. Customers will be charged shipping and up to 50% restocking fees for refused or returned packages without proper RMA procedure. In case of FREE SHIPPING or discounted shipping deals, customers will be responsible for the actual shipping and handling expenses, including inbound return shipping charges, for return without a RMA number. The refund process will be begin after Rosalee Beauty received refused or returned package. Physically damaged items will be shipped back to the customers without any refund, at the customers’ expense. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, packages that are altered, cut, worn or missing components.

Customers will be refunded for undeliverable due to address packages after Rosalee Beauty has received the package back. Please be aware of the length inbound delivery time for the undeliverable due to address packages. Shipping charges or actual shipping and handling costs for FREE SHIPPING or discounted shipping are not refundable for undeliverable due to address packages.

Lost or damaged packages

Customers should report lost or damaged packages within 30 calendar days from the shipping confirmation notification email date. After the 30 calendar days, Beauty To All will not be responsible for any loss or damages. Customers should cooperate with Rosalee Beauty for the lost or damaged package investigation and/ or tracing activities. All necessary credit, refunds, or replacements will be arranged after the investigation and/ or tracing activities.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Rosalee Beauty are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are assumed by the  customers upon the delivery of the orders to the carriers. Rosalee Beauty provides customers with estimated delivery dates but will not be responsible for delays and damages due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of god, public enemies, federal or local governments, fire, floods, strikes, and lockouts.

Return policy and procedure

All return requests should be made within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. After the 14 calendar days, Rosalee Beauty will not be liable for any returns. Return requests should be made by emailing rosalebeauty@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping expense. Return packages should be shipped out within 7 calendar days from the issuance of the RMA number. Rosalee Beauty may not honor returns shipped out after 7 calendar days from the issuance of RMA number. Rosalee Beauty may assess up to 30% of the product cost as restocking charge. Rosalee Beauty will not refund the original shipping expense, including actual shipping expense of FREE SHIPPING or discounted shipping  packages. Physically damaged items will be shipped back to the customers without any refund, at the customers’ expense. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, packages that are altered, cut, worn or missing components.

  2. Rosalee Beauty will issue of RMA number within 7 calendar days by replying to the customer’s RMA email for valid return cases.
  3. Customers should ship out the return packages within 7 calendar days from the RMA number issuance.
  4. Rosalee Beauty will refund the customer’s account within 14 calendar days of the arrival of return packages if the return is deemed valid.

Wrong or defective item(s)

If customers receive wrong or defective item(s), they should contact Rosalee Beauty at rosalebeauty@gmail.com within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Product photo(s) will expedite the RMA process. Rosalee Beauty will arrange return shipment as soon as it is recognized as valid wrong or defective item return case. Customers should ship out the wrong or defective item(s) to Rosalee Beauty within 7 calendar days. If the customer fails to ship back the wrong or defective item(s) within 7 calendar days, Rosalee Beauty may cancel the prepaid shipping arrangement and close the case. Customers can choose full refund or replacement for wrong or defective item(s). If Rosalee Beauty concludes that the item(s) are not wrong or defective, the item(s) will be treated as regular return and all prepaid shipping expenses will be recovered from the customer’s account.
